“I’ve had some rough dental experiences and my teeth were somewhat ruined by a former dentist. I was very nervous for a procedure yesterday. The entire staff was so comforting and took great care of me, explained everything, let me watch a movie and gave me a little nitrous to help with my anxiety. I didn’t feel shaky and my heart rate didn’t go up with the anesthetic injection like I’ve had happen before. Plus, just the smallest area needed was numb, not half my face. I’m so glad that I came to this office along with my parents, brother and his family. I have more procedures scheduled and now I know that I will be taken care of. Wonderful office.“

I absolutely had the worst experience with this dentist office ever in my life. Some before Dr. Liu took over the practice but it carried over to Dr. Liu. The first time I met Dr. Liu he did a periodic oral exam. He noticed a problem with an old bridge that I had. Joann told him that there were notes in my file dating back five years ago that were never addressed. Well Dr. Liu asked for a two and a half hour appointment to work on that area. When I arrived for my appointment they took one more x-ray in that area even though they took a full set at the last appointment. Dr. Liu realized he couldn't actually do what he intended to do.He left me sitting in the chair for an hour after he went to check on other patients to give me a chance to decide what I wanted to do. So very unprofessional. He referred me to a specialist that informed me that what Dr. Liu was suggesting couldn't be done because that area had been neglected too long. The only option really was to have the bridge removed. Dr. Liu suggested a sinus lift, bone grafts, and gum graft, and implants. Well needless to say I left his practice and have chosen one that I truly believes has my best interest in mind.

Can't recommend Dr.Liu and his team enough! I have been a long time client of Dr.Phillips/Dr.Liu and all the assistants and hygienists are so personable and remember me and do a great job. I recently relocated to Washington and had to find a new dentist, and it was an eye opening experience that not all dentists/dental offices are as nice and professional as Dr.Liu's!
