Meet The Staff

You’ll love Roxanne’s passion for dentistry which started back in her high school years. During her many years of experience, she has acquired an expansive knowledge in the field of dentistry and takes pleasure in being able to serve patients in a variety of ways. Raised in Mt. Shasta, Roxanne now has two grown children and three grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, camping, fishing and most anything outdoors.

Nancy comes to us with over 25 years of customer service experience. She loves helping our patients and her friendly smile will be the first thing to greet you when you walk through our doors. Nancy’s enthusiasm is inspiring. Nancy loves Sonoma County’s fantastic weather and mountain views. When not in the office, she cherishes her time with her two children, her husband, her dog and her cat. Nancy is excited to meet you!

Joann knew at the tender age of 17 that she enjoyed the dental field. After being an assistant for 7 years, she was in the first dental hygiene graduating class at our local Santa Rosa Junior College. She loves connecting with her patients and finding strategies to improve their oral health. Her education didn’t stop there; she is currently working on a bachelors degree in dental hygiene. In her free time, Joann loves cooking, hiking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is also a big sports fan along with her husband and son. Go Niners!

Laura is predictable and consistent; you can always count on her having a smile. After many years of being a patient at Phillips Family Dental Care, Laura attended our local Santa Rosa Junior College Dental Assisting program and graduated in 2019. In her free time, Laura loves spending time with her son, friends, big family and her poodle named Oso. She also loves salsa dancing, hiking, swimming and cooking.
