“I’ve had some rough dental experiences and my teeth were somewhat ruined by a former dentist. I was very nervous for a procedure yesterday. The entire staff was so comforting and took great care of me, explained everything, let me watch a movie and gave me a little nitrous to help with my anxiety. I didn’t feel shaky and my heart rate didn’t go up with the anesthetic injection like I’ve had happen before. Plus, just the smallest area needed was numb, not half my face. I’m so glad that I came to this office along with my parents, brother and his family. I have more procedures scheduled and now I know that I will be taken care of. Wonderful office.“

Dr Liu recently started the monumental task of taking over the practice of Phillips Family Dentist. I withheld writing a review until I had a chance to see his work in action. My dentist essentially changed. I needed a crown replacement and everything went incredibly well. He paid a great deal of attention to detail, made sure I was comfortable, and used cutting edge technology. The result was a perfect replacement. I will gladly remain in Dr Liu’s practice moving forward.

I’ve been to many dentists in my life, and I always used to feel nervous before an appointment. But with Dr. Liu, for the first time, I didn’t feel any anxiety at all. He is so gentle and patient explaining treatment plan, and the numbing was completely painless. I actually fell asleep in the chair while he was working on my teeth. I was so relaxed. I also had a crown done, and it was also a smooth experience. No pain at all, and the temporary crown made by Rochelle fits beautifully. you can tell they really take their time and pay attention to every little detail. My hygienist, Jeneen, is just wonderful too. She’s so careful and thorough, and my teeth always feel so clean and fresh afterward. Everyone at the office treats me like family. They talk to me kindly, take their time, and make sure I feel comfortable. I feel so at ease during my visit. I recommend Dr. Lou and his team to anyone, especially if you get nervous about going to the dentist like I used to.
